I acknowledge that, if my child is cast in this show, they will be photographed and filmed as part of the promotional aspects of the production. I give consent for my child’s image & voice to be used in all KMTC media and release all copyright to KMTC.

I have reviewed the essential rehearsal dates on the audition pack and understand that attendance on these dates is non-negotiable.

I understand that the KMTC membership subscription must be paid in order to remain a performing member of the production. I acknowledge that £12 for script hire is required from all cast members, and that non-members are required to pay a non-refundable £5.00 audition fee. I acknowledge that I may be required to supply my own costumes to a specification defined by the production team.
